“This is what I want.”
When four nieces married in an 18-month stretch, Phil saw how much Robin loved helping plan. At a July wedding she was moved to tears walking into the venue, and could only look at Phil and say it.
A restored tobacco barn with a covered porch, a timber-arbor ceremony grove and a bridal suite fit for a queen, in the rolling hills of Jeffersonville, Kentucky.
WhitLee Springs is a labor of love toward a life-long dream. Robin has always loved entertaining, decorating and planning parties for family and friends. Gathering around a table was a lost art she and Phil wanted to keep alive.

“We are going to do this.”

Gather around our table.
We want you to be part of our dream and make memories with us. Come talk about your event, and let us encourage you to dream big, because dreams can and do come true.
Pick a date. We calculate sunset at WhitLee Springs and build a day around it, so your portraits land in the warm light and the bulbs come on as the dancing starts.
Slide to your headcount. Tables and chairs are already on site, so this is roughly what we'll set for you. The real floor plan gets drawn together at your planning visit.
It starts with a visit. We walk the property with you, hear how you met, and watch your face when it clicks.
Reach out and we'll set a time for you to come see WhitLee Springs in person.

A signed contract and initial deposit hold your day. Then the planning begins.
Come back with a guest count. We set tables and chairs, map the barn and pick your ceremony spot.
We're close by with a ladder, a trash bag, a safety pin, and sometimes a hug.

The barn seats up to about 200 guests. For smaller gatherings, the Gathering Place is sized for rehearsal dinners, showers and intimate receptions.

At the timber arbor in the grove, on top of the hill, on the deck under the bulb lights, or inside the barn.
Yes. WhitLee Springs has its own tables and chairs, so that's one less rental to arrange. We work out the count and layout with you before the day.
The bridal suite in the Gathering Place has a lit vanity, full-length mirrors and room for brunch and drinks with your people. The guys get the Groom's Cabin, with a more rustic feel.
Yes: rehearsal dinners, birthday parties, family reunions, showers and small receptions in the Gathering Place.
